Change the Owner for Azure DevOps Organization
To change the owner for the DevOps organization, go to DevOps and click on Organization settings, as shown below.
On the Overview page, click on Change Owner under the “Organization Owner” section.
On the “Change Organization Owner” screen, search for a valid DevOps user and click on the Change button.
